Rare or localised This stand covers an area of low lying land about 100m by 100m along the creek and south of a tributary. Some trees have fallen over but continued to grow. Ficus coronata,is an Australian native found along the east coast from Central Queensland through NSW just into Victoria near Mallacoota. Rare or localised This small stand is growing in a billabong depression of Harrisons Creek, covering an area about 80m long. The species is confined to four known populations in Victoria, this being the most southerly occurrence. The stand at Smelley Creek is larger; and the other stands occur at Dowell Creek and Double Creek east of Mallacoota. The trees are multi-stemmed and the species is listed as vulnerable in Victoria.
